１） 当社事業計画に基づくスケジュールおよび予算の管理。
２） 各国当局対応。薬事コンサルタントの選定と対応を含む。
３） 臨床試験の運営。CRO、臨床検査機関、その他の業務委託機関の選定と対応を含む。
４） 臨床試験施設とのコミュニケーション。PI含むサイトエンゲージメントの確立、試験運営におけるタイムラインの作成と実行。
５） 当社内の他部門（非臨床・製造・管理部・事業開発・経営）との連携。
６） 国内外KOLネットワーク構築。
７） 臨床開発部の運営。人材の採用と育成、人事評価。
