職務内容
- 日本法人の財務機能全体を統括（会計・FP&A）
- 年次予算策定、月次・四半期予測のリード
- US GAAP/JGAAPに準拠した正確な財務報告
- 売掛金・在庫・買掛金などの運転資本管理
- 内部統制の強化と監査対応
- プロセス改善・チェンジマネジメントの推進
- グローバル・リージョナル財務チームとの連携
- チームの育成・指導

Required Skills
- 財務領域で15年以上の経験、うち7年以上の管理職経験
- 会計・FP&Aを含む財務機能全体の統括経験（5年以上）
- US GAAP/JGAAPの深い知識
- 高度なExcelスキル、ERP（Oracle/HFM）やPower BI経験尚可
- プロセス改善・変革推進の実績
- CPA資格やライフサイエンス業界経験があれば尚良
