• Promote AI & data solutions and evangelize technical initiatives to clients.

• Provide architecture and design guidance for highly scalable and reliable AI and data platforms, including data lakes, pipelines, and real-time streams.

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution discussions—from experimentation, feature engineering, deployment, to monitoring and MLOps.

• Act as a technical lead for proof-of-concept applications supporting the sales process.

• Collaborate with client technical and product teams to understand requirements and define a clear technical roadmap.

• Stay up-to-date with AI, LLMs, ML, and data engineering trends to introduce innovative technologies and methodologies.

• Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to drive business growth.

• 営業プロセスにおけるPoC（概念実証）アプリケーションの技術リード

• クライアントの技術・プロダクトチームと連携し、要件を理解して明確な技術ロードマップを策定

• AI、LLM、機械学習、データエンジニアリングの最新動向を把握し、革新的な技術や手法を導入

• クロスファンクショナルチームと協働し、ビジネス成長を推進

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering.

• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable AI systems in production.

• Strong understanding of modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Flink, Kafka).

• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and knowledge of LLMs and generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LangFlow, etc.).

• Expert-level proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/data services.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing communication skills.
