職務内容
- 在庫管理（店舗・倉庫・本社間の在庫動きのモニタリング、残高照合）
- 固定資産、インターカンパニー取引の管理・レポーティング
- 月次決算業務（仕訳確認、BSファイル管理、監査対応）
- チームメンバー（3名）のマネジメント
- 内部統制の改善や特別プロジェクト対応
条件・待遇
- 年収：800万円〜1000万円＋10％ボーナス
- フレックスタイム制（コアタイム11:00〜16:00）
- 週2日の在宅勤務可能

- 小売・アパレル業界経験歓迎
- 日商簿記2級、USCPA、JCPAあれば尚可
- 柔軟性とスピード感を持って業務に対応できる方
