次世代モビリティであるEV産業を日本の技術力でリードしていく企業として創業されました。EV先進国であるインドを本拠地とし、事業活動を通じて人類が直面する様々な社会課題に対する解決策の提供を行うとともに、新しい公共交通のあり方を再定義し、よりよい社会の実現に貢献します。
今回の募集ポジションはIPO（新規株式公開）に向けた準備および推進を統括するプロジェクト責任者を１名募集しております。ストックオプション制度あり。
■職務概要：
IPO（新規株式公開）に向けた準備および推進を統括するプロジェクト責任者ポジションです。
日本（東京）を拠点としながら、初期段階ではインドにおける現地拠点への長期出張を通じて、
現地実務と日本本社の連携をリードいただきます。
■職務内容：
・IPO準備に関する全体プロジェクトマネジメント
・監査法人、証券会社、法務・財務・人事部門との連携
・内部統制体制、ガバナンス体制の整備・導入支援
・財務報告制度や開示資料の整備支援
・社内外の関係者との英語での文書コミュニケーション対応
・インド現地法人との連携を含むクロスボーダー対応
■必須要件（Mandatory qualifications）
・監査法人、IPO準備関連業務経験をお持ちの方
・英語の読み書きに対応できる方、日常英会話レベル
・長期海外出張（インド）に対応可能な方
・高いプロジェクトマネジメントスキルおよび関係調整能力
■歓迎要件（Desired qualifications）
・インド、または海外での業務経験
・ベンチャー企業でIPO準備関連業務経験をお持ちの方
・SOX法対応、内部統制、開示資料作成などの実務知識
