職務内容
物件の稼働率や収益指標の分析・報告
月次・年次の財務報告書作成（損益計算書、予算差異分析）
予算策定および資本的支出計画の管理
市場動向や競合分析による戦略立案
リース交渉・更新・管理
テナントやホテルオペレーターとの関係構築
改修工事や資本改善プロジェクトの進行管理
業務・財務リスクの特定と軽減
応募資格
不動産、金融、経営学、経済学、ホスピタリティ関連分野の学士号
アセットマネジメントまたは不動産関連業務での5～10年の経験
ホテルアセットマネジメント経験者歓迎
高度な分析力、交渉力、コミュニケーション能力
Microsoft Officeに精通、不動産ソフトウェア経験尚可
自発的でチーム志向、細部に注意を払える方
勤務地 ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市
