About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading public company in the energy sector, recognized for its strong market presence and commitment to sustainable growth. With multiple subsidiaries and diverse operations, they are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team and take ownership of complex group accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations for the parent company and its subsidiaries.

• Manage consolidated financial statements in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and regulatory requirements.

• Lead month-end and year-end closing, including intercompany reconciliations.

• Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure statutory compliance.

• Implement robust internal controls and accounting policies.

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

• Mentor and develop the accounting team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPD or equivalent certification preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong expertise in consolidation accounting and handling complex subsidiary structures.

• Experience in the energy industry is a plus.

• Proficient in SAP systems and advanced Excel.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
