仕事内容：
拠点長として、以下業務をお任せいたします。
■経営・管理業務
・経営指標（PL・BS・CF）の理解と分析
・本社への報告
・複数部門（製造・品質・購買・営業など）との調整・連携
・リスク管理および内部統制の推進
・現地スタッフのマネジメント
■市場開拓・外部対応
・ローカル企業とのネットワーク構築および新規顧客開拓
・官公庁、工業団地、日系コミュニティなど現地ネットワークの形成
・外部関係者との折衝・協力体制の構築
応募資格：
【必須要件】
■製造業でのマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
■新規顧客開拓のご経験をお持ちの方
■タイ文化への理解をお持ちの方
