世界最大級の総合不動産サービス企業のタイ現地法人として、広範な不動産ソリューションを提供しています。本ポジションでは賃貸部門のマネージャーとして、日本人顧客対応全般を行っていただきます。
仕事内容：
マネージャーとして以下業務をお任せいたします。
■コンドミニアム、一軒家など、ラグジュアリーな物件に対する住宅賃貸サービスを提供。
■日本人顧客向け住宅の検索・斡旋。
■日本人顧客からの不動産に関する問い合わせへの対応。
■クライアントの指示に基づき、部門のマーケティング活動やその他活動を支援。
■契約書の作成、管理。（営業サポートのサポート有）
■物件在庫や入居率のデータ、貸主・借主、または売主・買主のプロファイルなどの情報収集を支援し、データベースを常に最新の状態に更新する。
応募資格：
【必須条件】
■不動産業界での経験をお持ちの方
■MS Excel, Word, PowerPointを使いこなせる方
■コミュニケーション能力、交渉力、プレゼンテーションスキルをお持ちの方
