Our client specializes in Electronic Manufacturer business

Position:   Production Planning (Supervisor)
Salary:       25,000 – 35,000 THB 
Location:   Samut Prakan (Bang Poo Factory)

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.

• Monitor daily production schedules and adjust plans to meet changing priorities or unexpected disruptions.

• Analyze production capacity and allocate resources effectively to meet demand.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance procurement and warehouse to ensure smooth production flow and material availability.

• Track production performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, capacity utilization).

• Prepare regular reports for management on production status and planning efficiency.
   

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic business.

• Strong knowledge of production processes and supply chain principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Good command of English and Chinese (is a plus).
