Our client is an established Japanese company in metal manufacturing based in Bintulu, Sarawak.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage recruitment and selection processes for various roles, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
Support performance management systems, including appraisals and career development plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company standards.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
Job Requirements
Degree holder.
6-10 years experience in HR preferably in manufacturing industry.
Familiar with local labour policies and regulations.
Good communication skills.
