Define and communicate an HR operations vision aligned with global processes, business objectives, and people strategy.
Lead initiatives that improve the efficiency, quality, and speed of HR services across regional and global teams.
Accelerate automation, digitalization, and the introduction of scalable HR solutions to shift focus toward strategic, value-adding work.
Use data insights to anticipate workforce trends, support decision-making, and prioritize operational improvements.
Drive global standards while ensuring locally optimized HR service delivery.
Lead major transformation and change management programs that enhance employee experience and long-term organizational performance.
Oversee HR budgets, resources, and talent development to strengthen operational capability and resilience.

必須条件 経験・資格:
Fluency in both Japanese and English.
More than 10 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Extensive expertise with HR digital platforms and tools (e.g., SuccessFactors), including data quality management and scalable service delivery models.
Professional credentials in process improvement or transformation methodologies.
Proven track record driving large-scale transformation in complex, multinational environments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities, with a strong global mindset and comfort working across cultures and time zones.
Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
English: Intermediate to Business level.
Experience leading HR digital strategy or HR technology transformation.
Strong capability in workforce analytics, operational metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
