Infrastructure Engineer/AI company

■Expected Role

You will lead the design, construction, and operation of customized infrastructure environments optimized for enterprise clients. Specifically, we expect you to drive the containerization and portability of existing environments and spearhead the migration to cloud-native architectures centered around Kubernetes. The goal is to build a robust infrastructure foundation with security in mind and contribute to enhancing the technical capabilities of the entire Solutions Team.

■Job Responsibilities

・Design, build, operate, and optimize infrastructure environments using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure

・Design, build, operate Kubernetes clusters, and introduce/promote related container-native technologies

・Define requirements, design, build, and provide technical support for customized infrastructure environments for enterprise clients

・Migrate existing systems to the cloud and build hybrid environments integrating with on-premises infrastructure

・Automating and streamlining development processes through building and improving CI/CD pipelines

・Implementing system monitoring, performance tuning, and security measures

・Optimizing and managing infrastructure costs

・Rapid response to incidents, root cause analysis, and developing recurrence prevention measures ・Researching and validating new technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team

■Team Structure

Approximately 65 members are part of the development organization. Development is divided into the following groups:

Required Qualifications

・Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields

・Web application development experience using modern frameworks: 2+ years

・System design, construction, and operational experience in Linux environments

・Design, construction, and operational experience on one or more cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure

・Experience designing, building, and operating container orchestration environments using Kubernetes

・Deep knowledge and practical experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker)

・Fundamental knowledge and practical experience in networking and security

・Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)

・High security awareness and ability to design and operate secure infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

・Design, build, and operational experience on two or more cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure

・Infrastructure design, build, and operational experience in on-premises environments

・Experience in system migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments

・Infrastructure design, build, and operational experience for large-scale services

・Experience designing, building, and operating databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

・Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)

・Experience using monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)

・Experience providing enterprise-level solutions
