職務内容
1. 顧客対応および予約管理（電話での予約受付、正確なデータ入力）
2. 輸送案件の進捗管理（案件作成から請求までの一連の管理）
3. 問い合わせ・クレーム対応を通じた顧客満足度の維持・向上
4. チームマネジメント（業務効率・パフォーマンス管理、採用、オンボーディング、研修）
5. オペレーション改善の提案および実施

- 年収：650万〜750万円（ボーナス込み、経験により決定）
