職務内容
- クラウド製品や社内ITシステムの運用・保守業務
- ユーザー管理（登録・削除・権限変更）および問い合わせ対応
- 各種告知や通知の実施、関連ドキュメント・マニュアルの作成・更新
- サポート業務に関する運営マニュアルの管理
- 業務プロセス改善に向けたヒアリングや試験運用への協力
