Join a leading global semiconductor manufacturer as a Principal HR Business Partner supporting organizational growth across automotive, industrial, and IoT sectors. In this strategic HR role, you will partner with senior leaders to diagnose workforce challenges, deliver HR programs, and drive effective organizational change. You will play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business goals and strengthening organizational performance across Japan operations.
Partner with the Senior Manager and business leaders to execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Diagnose talent, organizational development, and employee engagement challenges using data-driven insights.
Contribute as an active team member on company-wide HR programs and initiatives.
Support organizational transformation through structured change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.

必須条件経験・資格:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on HR experience.
HR Business Partner experience within a multinational or global organization.
Ability to independently manage complex employee relations matters using data-driven thinking.
Proactive, forward-thinking approach to solving workplace challenges.
Strong influencing skills and ability to partner effectively across HR functions.
Capable of fostering positive workplace behaviors and enhancing employee motivation.
Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
English: Intermediate to Business proficiency.
Experience supporting culture-building initiatives in global environments.
Ability to independently navigate HR challenges while aligning stakeholders.
