- Analyze and develop standalone .NET components.
- Design, develop, and unit-test deliverables as per exit criteria.
- Ensure delivery through various environments and production as required.
- Perform bug fixing and application support.
- Review development work for quality and efficiency.
- Adopt best practices for software development.
- Document tasks performed.
- Communicate with regional stakeholders.
- Re-engineer current monolithic applications onto cloud-ready micro-services.

Required Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, C#, SQL Server, Python, and containerization/Dockers.
- Good understanding of OOP concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently design and execute solutions.
- Client-centric mindset, balancing stakeholder expectations and future scalability.
- Preferable: Knowledge of design patterns, exposure to React, experience working in Agile Scrum, and familiarity with microservices and Java.
