グローバル証券会社のオペレーション部門で、キャッシュエクイティ関連業務を担当します。フロントからバックまで幅広いプロセスをサポートし、規制対応や顧客管理にも関与する重要な役割です。

職務内容
- キャッシュエクイティ商品のオペレーション業務（口座開設、アロケーション、決済など）
- 規制報告書や法定帳簿の作成・管理
- 複数の業務ストリームを効率的に優先順位付けして遂行
- ビジネス部門や海外チームとの日常的なコミュニケーション
- プロセス改善やリスク低減策の提案・実行
- コンプライアンス研修の適時受講とポリシー遵守
