主な職務内容

  • 担当部署と協働し、事業戦略に沿ったHR施策の設計・実行を推進
  • 担当チーム(採用、育成、パフォーマンス、組織開発、労務など)と連携し、社員ライフサイクルをサポート
  • 担当部署の採用・オンボーディング・配置・評価・退職などをサポート
  • HRポリシーや社内プロセス、関連する労働法を理解し、マネージャーへ正確なアドバイスを提供
  • 社員データの管理・分析、HR支援の質向上につながるインサイトを提供

Join one of Japan's largest and most established financial institutions as an HR Business Partner, supporting department leaders across evaluation, compensation, hiring, development, and data management. In this strategic HR role, you will partner closely with an assigned HRBP to design and execute HR initiatives aligned with corporate goals, strengthening employee lifecycle processes and providing accurate HR guidance across the organization.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the assigned HRBP by designing, executing, and improving HR initiatives that align with business strategy.

  • Collaborate with recruitment, development, performance, organization development, and labor management teams across the full employee lifecycle.

  • Provide departments with essential HR information, tools, and support across hiring, onboarding, placement, evaluation, and offboarding.

  • Build strong expertise in HR policies, processes, and relevant labor regulations to guide managers accurately.

  • Manage and analyze employee data to generate insights that improve HR planning and business decision-making.

Required Skills

必須条件 経験・資格:

  • HRBP、人事ジェネラリストなどの関連実務経験
  • 日本の労働法や規制に関する専門知識
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePointなどの基本操作スキル
  • 大卒以上
ソフトスキル:
  • 機密情報を適切に扱う倫理観・コンフィデンシャリティ意識
  • 課題を素早く把握し、本質・解決策を簡潔に伝えるコミュニケーション能力
  • 正確性・細部への注意力
語学力:
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル
  • 英語:ビジネスレベル以上

  • 金融、投資銀行、大企業での人事またはHRBP経験

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working in financial services, investment banking, or large corporate HR environments.

  • Understanding of compensation, evaluation processes, or HR operations.
