グループの英語ブランドである英語学童保育や児童英会話スクール等にて働くネイティブティーチャーやバイリンガルティーチャーの採用担当
○リクルーター業務
・求職者への電話掛け
・求職者へのメール対応
・書類選考（スクリーニング）
・面接設定
・採用にかかわるデータ入力・抽出
・面接対応（主にZoom面接）
・スクール・事業部との調整
・入社手続き
○FC法人への人材紹介
○オリエンテーション対応
・会社や入社後の流れの説明
○イベントの企画・運営
・インターンシップや合同説明会の集客、実施等
○内定受諾者の入社までのサポート
・入社予定者への月次での電話がけ
○新入社員の入社後から試用期間明けまでのサポート
・月次での新入社員への電話がけと事業部との連携
○外国人社員と英語の打ち合わせ・MTG参加
【年俸】
330万円～400万円
