Join a global leader in commercial real estate services as a TA Manager overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition across all functions. You will lead a small TA team, design effective recruiting strategies, and ensure smooth execution of sourcing, screening, and hiring processes. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with HR stakeholders, influence hiring decisions at all levels, and contribute directly to the company's growth within the real estate sector.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
Organize daily team operations, assign responsibilities, and ensure recruitment deadlines are consistently met.
Support recruitment programs by coordinating job advertising and identifying effective sourcing channels.
Oversee recruitment compliance, ensuring all hiring activities follow internal policies and relevant regulations.
Manage both internal and external hiring needs, including senior and executive-level recruitment.
Track recruitment metrics, monitor team performance, and ensure accountability for results.
Partner closely with HR stakeholders, providing strategic insights and modeling leadership behaviors aligned with company values.

必須条件 経験・資格:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in talent acquisition or related areas.
Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation, including retention and reward practices.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to communicate sensitive and complex information clearly and professionally.
Skilled at setting performance expectations and managing team issues with diplomacy.
Japanese: Native level.
English: Intermediate to Business level.
Prior experience in real estate, commercial property, or a multinational environment.
Experience designing or optimizing TA processes and recruitment strategies.
