- 社内ITヘルプデスク（L1・L2）対応
- IT関連のトラブルシューティングおよびチケット管理
- PC/Macの管理・セットアップ・展開
- 会議室・ビデオ会議設備の設定・保守
- IT資産管理、ハードウェア・ソフトウェア購入手続き
