• 高い技術基準を満たしたAD3自動化プログラムの企画・開発・デリバリー推進
• 約20名のチーム（外部パートナー含む）のマネジメント（全体として300名程度が関わる組織体制です）
• 4つのプロダクトラインのとりまとめ、プログラム目標の管理
• ステークホルダーコミュニケーション（R&D部門の主要コンタクトとして）
• サプライヤー、顧客（完成車メーカー）、社内チームとの連絡調整
• 各マイルストーンを確実に達成し、顧客満足度を最大化すること

You will guide large engineering teams, manage multiple product lines, and ensure the successful delivery of complex automotive programs for major OEM partners. • Drive development and delivery of the AD3 automation program with high technical standards.
• Lead and manage a 20-member engineering team, including external partners.
• Oversee four product lines and maintain alignment with program objectives.
• Act as the primary R&D contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication across suppliers, OEM clients, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely achievement of milestones while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement and strengthen collaboration across all project interfaces.

必須条件

経験・資格

• ADAS関連技術や、ADAS関連の自動車開発の実務経験
• 電子工学または類似技術領域の専門知識
• 大規模なエンジニアリングチームのリーダーを務めた経験
• サプライヤー、OEM顧客、部署横断チームとの調整経験
• 大規模な組織において複数プロダクトラインを同時に管理した経験
• 毎週のOEM訪問が可能なこと

• Hands-on experience with ADAS technologies and automotive development processes.
• Strong background in electronics engineering or related technical fields.
• Proven management experience leading large engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, OEM clients, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple product lines across a large organization.
• Willingness to visit OEM sites weekly for program support and alignment.
