• 企画段階から量産準備まで、自動車システム開発プロジェクトを統括
• プロジェクト予算、リソース、リスク、進捗、KPIの管理
• 部署横断的なチームの監督、複数のプロジェクトマネージャーのとりまとめ
• 課題解決、重要リスクのエスカレーション、意思決定の促進
• 顧客とのやりとり（進捗や仕様変更など）
• エンジニアリング基準、開発プロセスのコンプライアンス遵守

Join a global automotive technology leader as an Automotive Project Manager Lead, driving complex development projects that directly impact major OEM programs. In this role, you will guide cross-functional engineering teams, manage quality and cost performance, ensure project milestones, and deliver solutions that strengthen customer satisfaction. This position offers the chance to work on high-visibility programs while collaborating with global engineering experts.

• Coordinate full automotive system projects from planning to production readiness.
• Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and overall program performance.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and support multiple project managers.
• Resolve project issues, escalate key risks, and drive timely decision-making.
• Communicate progress, changes, and deliverables clearly to OEM customers.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and development processes.
• Prepare governance reports and maintain alignment across all project stakeholders.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 自動車開発経験5〜7年、完成車メーカープロジェクトのリーダー経験7年程度
• 完成車メーカー向けの大規模な自動車開発プロジェクトのマネジメント経験・実績
• 技術部門横断のチーム調整経験
• 予算・コスト・ビジネスケースを効果的に管理できること
• システムエンジニアリング、検証計画策定、要求管理の経験
• 組込みシステムおよび車載通信プロトコルに関する知識
• 工学またはソフトウェア開発の素養、V字モデルの知識

• Five to seven years in automotive development and seven years leading OEM projects.
• Background managing large automotive development programs for OEMs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, validation planning, and requirements management.
• Understanding of embedded systems and in-vehicle communication protocols.
• Engineering or software development background with familiarity in V-Cycle methods.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English for business communication.

• Confident leadership with sound decision-making and team-guidance skills.
