事業会社・コンサルティング・投資ファンド等のクライアントが直面する意思決定課題に対し、最適な業界エキスパートを迅速に見つけてつなぎ、1対1のオンラインコンサルテーションを確実に実行すること。知識への障壁を取り除き、一次情報に基づく判断を支援する。
業務内容
クライアント要件の理解とスコープ定義
エキスパートの探索・評価（ソーシング／ベッティング）
コンプライアンス審査・レート交渉・スケジューリング
オンラインコールの実施支援と事後フォロー（満足度回収・再依頼対応）
データ整備、ナレッジ化、次案件のプロアクティブ提案
必須要件
英語：ビジネス上級（電話・交渉・メール）
エキスパートとのやり取りは英語。副業に興味がない方へのコールドコールに近い温度感のアウトリーチが発生するため、スムーズな即応／説明力が必須。
日本語：ビジネスレベル
クライアント対応および日本チームとの社内連携に使用。
マルチタスク／優先順位付け、調整力、調査力、コンプライアンス理解
オンライン会議ツール／CRMの基本操作
歓迎要件
コンサルティング、投資、一次調査、エキスパートネットワーク業界での経験
業界知識（TMT、ヘルスケア、消費財等）
新規開拓／交渉の経験（Inside Sales／Talent Acquisition 等）
チームでのナレッジ構築・改善提案の経験
勤務条件
勤務地：英国・レディング近郊
勤務時間：現地 9:00–18:00
通勤費：1日最大 £60 まで全額支給
給与：未経験 £27,000～／経験者 ～£30,000 目安（実績値）
昇給・昇格：制度あり
