JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking caring, disciplined, and well-mannered Children’s Development Specialists to support the personal development and daily routines of school-aged children in a private household. The role focuses on cultivating proper etiquette, social behaviour, and emotional intelligence within a structured and nurturing environment.
Guide children in developing proper manners, respectful behaviour, and appropriate ways of interacting with others, including elders and peers
Support the application of social etiquette in various settings such as public spaces, school environments, and family gatherings, including personal space awareness and polite conversation
Coach children on table manners and dining etiquette, covering both casual and formal settings, including correct use of utensils and dining conduct
Encourage personal grooming, hygiene, dress sense, and posture, helping children build consistent daily habits and present themselves appropriately
Support the development of clear, confident, and respectful communication skills, including proper introductions and social interactions
Guide children in emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and social awareness, fostering patience, active listening, and healthy emotional expression
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in guiding children’s emotional and developmental growth, with exposure to working with teenagers will be a bonus.
