大手日系自動車部品メーカーからの財務総務ポジションの募集です。
仕事内容：
以下業務をお任せいたします。
■財務業務
•月次・年次決算に基づく、経営指標の分析・報告
•予算策定、資金繰り管理、キャッシュフロー分析
•銀行対応、税務申告、監査対応（タイ国法令に準拠）
■総務業務
•社内イベントや各種プロジェクトの企画立案・推進・運営
•社内規程の整備・運用・更新
•労務管理（労使交渉、勤怠、社会保険、福利厚生手続き）
•契約書管理、法務関連サポート
■その他
•インド法人の税務対応
•現地税務顧問・会計事務所との連携
応募資格：
【必須条件】
■財務のご経験5年以上
■月1回程度のインド出張が可能な方（1週間程度を想定）
■日常会話上級レベル以上の英語力
