国内IBPプロセスの推進、最新トレンドに基づく月次予測の策定
SKU単位での24か月ローリング予測の作成
需要・供給ギャップの分析と改善策の提案
在庫最適化と安全在庫レベルの設定
MAPEやBias/OTIFの分析と改善計画の実施
新製品ローンチに向けた需要・供給計画の調整
