A global insurance company is looking for an Internal Audit Head. The selected candidate will lead internal audit activities and contribute to risk assessment and audit planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of multiple audits with IIA standards
• Monitor key business, financial, and regulatory requirements applicable to the business area, including new risks
• Conduct risk analysis for the business area
• Support the formation of the internal audit plan for the year
• Create strong relationships with key management
• Assists management in following up on action plans to promote on-time closure

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree or above in business administration, auditing, insurance, or a related domain
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or internal audit
• Possess valid CIA, CPA or internal control certifications is preferred
• Possess valid internal audit qualification is a plus
• Proficient in written and verbal English (CEFR B2+) and Japanese (CEFR C1)
