消費者や顧客からの製品返品を受領し、検査準備を行う
製品検査を実施し、結果を社内データベースに報告（英語でのコミュニケーションあり）
海外製造拠点と分析結果やサンプル発送について調整
品質クレーム関連データベースの管理、カスタマーサービスとのフォローアップ
調査報告書やデータを販売代理店や顧客と共有
マーケティング・薬事サポート
社内システムから製品情報や素材データを取得・整理
製品サンプルの管理、必要な試験の手配、分析結果の確認
製品認証や仕様保証などの書類対応
パッケージデザインの法令遵守や正確性の確認
英語での薬事関連書類、ラベル、製品仕様の作成・確認
その他一般事務
