先進的な手術支援テクノロジーの導入・運用サポート、医療従事者へのトレーニング、手術手技の普及促進を担当します。病院現場と密接に連携し、安全かつ効果的な新規手技の定着を支援し、患者アウトカムの向上に貢献する重要な役割です。

• 担当病院における先進手術テクノロジーの導入・運用支援
• 医師・看護師・技師へのトレーニングやサポートの実施（機器の使用、準備、メンテナンスなどについて）
• 医療従事者向け教育プログラムの企画・調整・実施
• 病院管理層との協働（使用目標の設定、手技導入の拡大など）
• パフォーマンスのモニタリング、レビュー、改善提案
• 新規手術手技の認知拡大・導入推進

Join a global leader in medical technology as an Associate Product Specialist, supporting hospitals in the safe and effective adoption of advanced surgical technologies. You will lead product deployment, training, and clinical workflow integration to ensure optimal use of innovative procedures. Working closely with surgeons, medical staff, and hospital leadership, you will help elevate patient outcomes and drive adoption of next-generation surgical solutions across Japan.

• Manage deployment and safe operation of advanced surgical technologies at assigned hospitals
• Train and support medical staff and technical teams on equipment use, setup, and maintenance
• Develop and deliver training programs for surgeons and clinical support teams
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to set usage goals and expand procedural adoption
• Monitor operational performance, conduct program reviews, and recommend improvements
• Promote awareness and adoption of innovative surgical procedures across departments
• Analyze competitor technologies and market trends to strengthen local implementation strategies

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大卒以上、または関連業務の実務経験
• 営業、または顧客対応業務の実務経験 3年以上
• 社内外のステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築できること、またその実績

• 自発的に、柔軟な発想で課題解決に取り組む姿勢
• 変化が速い環境に適応できること
• 計画立案、連絡調整、進捗管理を含むプロジェクトマネジメントスキル

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（必須）
• 英語：基礎レベル

• 医療機器、手術支援システム、臨床サポートの経験
• 市場分析、競合調査、ヘルスケア業界の知識
• 英語ができれば尚可

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of professional sales or client-facing experience
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, and creative approach to solving challenges

• Flexibility to adapt within dynamic and fast-changing medical environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management capability, including planning and coordination

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Basic level

• Experience working with surgical technologies, medical devices, or clinical support programs
• Knowledge of market analysis, competitive assessment, or healthcare industry trends
• Experience leading training, education, or adoption programs in clinical settings
