出荷・入荷業務の管理、トラブル解決、改善活動、派遣スタッフの指導などを担当。関連部署とも連携しながら、安全・効率的な物流オペレーションを実現する重要なポジションです。

• リーダーの指示に従い、出荷・入荷などの日常的な倉庫業務を行うこと
• 日常業務の中で発生したトラブルや課題の解決
• 派遣スタッフの指導・サポート
• 営業などの社内関係チームと連携し、顧客ニーズに対応すること
• 倉庫の安全性・効率性を向上させる改善活動
• 日次・週次・月次レポートの作成
• SAP などの倉庫システムを用いた書類作成・データ管理

You will manage shipping and receiving tasks, guide temporary staff, support internal teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. • Carry out daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and accurately
• Support and guide temporary staff to ensure smooth workflows
• Communicate with internal teams such as sales to meet customer requirements
• Lead improvement activities to enhance warehouse safety and efficiency
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Use SAP and other warehouse systems for documentation and office tasks

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 倉庫や物流センターでの実務経験
• MS Office（Excel、Outlook等）の基本的なスキル
• 倉庫管理システム（SAP等）の使用経験

• コミュニケーション能力
• 変化に柔軟に対応できる方
• 多様なチームメンバーと協働できる方

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（必須）
• 英語：会話レベル（但し必須ではありません）

• 派遣スタッフの管理・指導経験
• 化学品・危険物倉庫での実務経験
• 英語が得意な方歓迎

• Previous warehouse work experience
• Experience using warehouse management systems such as SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
