世界的なECプラットフォームを構築することを目指しています。
今後のグローバル展開を実現していくために、
国内外問わず資金調達をリードいただける方を探しています。
海外からの資金調達をメインミッションとして、
経営戦略の策定及び推進をお任せします。
＜具体的には＞
・全社的な予算管理・財務分析
・デット・エクイティファイナンスの推進（国内 / 海外問わず）
・既存投資家とのコミュニケーション
・IPO準備、M&Aの戦略策定〜実行
