【業務内容】
（１） 設備の改造・新設時のプロセス設計、トラブルシューティング
（２） 設備のプロセス安全性評価（HAZOP、LOPA study 等）
（３） 設備の変更、運転方法の変更時のプロセス安全性リスクアセスメント
（４） 製造に関わる環境負荷（エネルギー、CO2）低減のための検討・改善計画の策定
（５） 製造に関わるプロセス安全性、労働安全性向上のための検討・行動計画の策定
（６） 安定操業・効率化活動（Lean 活動の推進）
（７） 海外エンジニアと協働して、設備改善の検討やGlobal 安全基準の導入

【望ましい職歴、経験等】
・ 化学または石油化学系のプラントのプロセス設計業務
・ 化学工学の専門知識、プラント設計・建設に関わる経験
・ 環境、保安、安全関係法令についての知識・経験
・ 製造、品質など社内関係部署と連携して業務遂行した経験
・ ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安TOEIC（R）730 点以上、英検準1 級以上など）
