イタリア本社から展開されるIT インフラシステムの日本拠点への導入
各種デバイスの導入管理（Windows 10/11 iPad/iPhone ハンディターミナル 各種プリンター機器
等）
各種ネットワーク機器の導入管理・運用（Firewalls Routers Switches VPN Wi Fi 等）
日本全国の店舗へのオンサイトサポート（機器入れ替え、開店、閉店、等）
社内全般のIT ヘルプデスク（本社、店舗、パートナー企業、等）

必須の経験／知識
・IT インフラ・ネットワークにおける3 年以上の経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・システムやアプリケーションの構成や依存関係を理解した論理的な問題解決能力
・業務の中で新しい技術や知識を積極的に学び活用する意欲
・自分のスキルを活かしながら挑戦、提案する意欲
あると良い経験／知識
・外資系またはリテール企業におけるIT エンジニアの（インフラ・社内SE）経験
・以下の経験:
Windows/Linux Server
Cisco Meraki Palo Alto Zscaler Hyper V AWS MS Intune CATO（SD WAN）
・データベースの管理運用（SQL Server Oracle）
・バックアップツールの管理運用
・ クラウドサービスの運用経験
・Microsoft Access（VBA）の知識／経験
