同社知的財産部にて、知的財産関連業務の全般を担当いただきます。
【主な業務内容】
・医薬品の研究開発に関する発明の発掘、特許出願および中間処理
・国内外の特許調査・分析（FTO、無効資料調査など）
・他社とのライセンス契約・共同研究契約等の知財関連契約の検討・交渉
・知財戦略の立案・推進（研究部門・事業部門との連携）
・外部特許事務所・弁護士との連携・管理

Required Skills
●必須要件
・企業の知的財産部又は特許事務所において、製薬・医薬分野（化学/バイオ系）における知的財産業務の実務経験（3年以上）
・構造式を含む有機化学の専門知識
・特許法の基礎知識
・英語による文書作成・読解力（TOEIC 700点以上目安）
●尚可条件
・薬剤師、知的財産管理技能検定２級、弁理士、または弁理士資格の取得を目指している方
・明細書作成経験
・学生時代を含め、有機合成のご経験がある方
