車両機能安全エンジニアとして、E/Eの誤動作を検出し、適切な反応時間内に安全な状態に遷移するISO26262に準拠した車両を開発する上で重要な役割を果たします。

で構成されています。

部門数は約50名で、ダイナミックで協力的な環境を構成しています。車両サイバーセキュリティ、故障診断、機能安全、コネクティビティでは海外出身者を含む6人の正社員がおり、現在、車両機能安全で中心的な役割を果たしている適格な候補者を求めています。

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Functional Safety Engineer to join our team.
As Vehicle FuSa Engineer you will play a crucial role in developing safety vehicle according to ISO26262 to detect
E/E malfunctions and transition to safe state within suitable reaction time.
Our department is made up by
1） Cyber Security Diagnostic Functional Safety Connectivity
2） Architecture Powernet
3） Global Propulsion
4） Regional Propulsion
5） Mobility control
6） Verification Release Management
7） E/E Platform Propulsion Verification

There are total of approx. 50 members and fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment. There are 6 permanent
employees including people from abroad in Cyber Security Diagnostic Functional Safety Connectivity which is
currently seeking qualified candidates who are playing pivotal role in Vehicle FuSa.

【具体的には】
車両機能安全エンジニアとして、以下の重要なタスクを実行します。
・ハザード分析とリスク評価の実施
・安全コンセプトの定義
・コントローラビリティを検証するためのテスト戦略の立案
・ECU設計者だけでなく、テストチームへのコンサルティングとサポート
・次期機能安全エンジニアの人材育成
・機能安全に関連する最新技術の研究

As Vehicle Functional Safety Engineer the following important tasks will be performed;
・Conduct Hazard Analysis Risk Assessment
・Define Safety concept
・Create testing strategies to verify Controllability
・Consult and support to not only ECU designer but also testing team
・Develop human resources for next FuSa Engineer
・Research latest technologies related to FuSa

必須
・車両機能安全における3年以上の経験（必須）。
・語学：日本語か英語、どちらかビジネスレベル以上

尚可
・工学または関連分野知識を理解。
・優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人能力、組織力。
・自立・協調性のいずれも備わった働き方。
・Microsoft Officeの知識。

Must
Min of 3 years of experience in Vehicle Functional Safety（Must）.

Preferable
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
・Understanding FuSa methodologies and Vehicle E/E knowledges.
・Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
・Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
