【ポジション概要】（Zonal/SDVアーキテクト）
このポジションでは、既存のレガシーE/Eアーキテクチャをゾーンベース／SDV（ソフトウェア定義車両）アーキテクチャへ段階的に移行するための技術的選択肢の検討および評価を行う技術エキスパートとして活躍していただきます。

【主な業務内容】
・レガシーE/EアーキテクチャからZonalおよびSDVフレームワークへの移行戦略の策定および実装
・クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、新しいゾーンアーキテクチャと既存車両システムとの円滑な統合を推進
・エンジニアリングチームに対して、SDVおよびゾーンアーキテクチャ導入におけるベストプラクティスの技術指導およびメンタリング
・OEM、サプライヤー、規制当局などのステークホルダーと密接に連携し、業界標準や要件に沿った移行戦略の整合
・ソフトウェアスタック全体にわたる技術的選択肢を深掘りし、HPC（高性能コンピューティングユニット）の機能目的に応じたOS、プラットフォーム、ミドルウェア、アプリケーションソフトウェア等の推奨
・アーキテクチャ提案、移行プロセス、パフォーマンス指標などに関する包括的なドキュメントの作成および維持管理


In this position you will be the technical expert to study and assess the different technical options to gradually migrate our existing legacy architectures to Zonal/SDV based architectures.

・Main tasks include:
Develop and implement strategies for migrating legacy E/E Architectures to Zonal and SDV frameworks
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new zonal architectures with existing vehicle systems
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams on best practices for SDV and zonal architecture implementation
Work closely with stakeholders including OEMs suppliers and regulatory bodies to align migration strategies with industry standards and requirements
Deep dive into the different options across the software stack and recommend OS Platform Middleware Application software and others based on functional purpose of the HPC.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural proposals migrations processes and other performance metrics.

必須
・電気工学、情報工学、または関連分野における学士号または修士号を保有していること
・自動車向けE/Eアーキテクチャの設計・実装における5年以上の実務経験
・ ソフトウェア開発、システム統合、アーキテクチャ設計ツール（例：MATLAB、Simulink）”に関する高いスキルを有すること
・ 従来型車両アーキテクチャ、ゾーンアーキテクチャ、SDV（ソフトウェア定義車両）”に関する深い理解を有すること
・ 高性能コンピューティング（HPC）”の設計・構成（コンピュート、ストレージ、ネットワーク要素を含む）に関する経験を有すること
・ ソフトウェアスタック（OS：Linux、AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive等、ハイパーバイザー、ミドルウェア、アプリケーション層）”に関する知識を有すること
・LIN、CAN、Ethernetなどの通信プロトコルおよびサービス指向アーキテクチャ（SOA）設計に関する専門知識を有すること
・ E/Eアーキテクチャにおけるサイバーセキュリティおよび機能安全（Functional Safety）”の役割に対する理解を有すること
・優れたコミュニケーション能力と、クロスファンクショナルなチーム環境での協働スキル
・英語：ビジネスレベル以上、日本語：あれば尚可

must
・Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
・Minimum 5 years of experience in E/E Architecture design and implementation with a focus on automotive systems.
・Proficiency in software development system integration and architectural design tools （e.g. MATLAB Simulink）
・Deep understanding of legacy vehicle architectures zonal architectures and SDV principles.
・Experience with high performance computing （HPC） design and structure inclusing compute storage and network components
・Familiarity with software stacks including operating systems （Linux AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive etc.） Hypervisors middleware and application layers.
・Expertise in communication protocols such as LIN CAN Ethernet and Service Oriented Architecture design.
・Awareness of Cybersecurity and Functional Safety roles within the E/E Architecture
・Excellent communication and abbility to work effectively in a cross functional team environment.
・Japanese: Nice to have English: Business level or above
