「連結グループ」では、本社・財務経理部の中で、グローバルに展開する国内外子会社における統制強化及び連結決算を担います。連結決算の実務に加えて、内部統制のサポートや業務改善も行います。
ご経験等に応じて以下の業務をお任せします。
・連結決算担当として月次、四半期、年度の決算業務
・複数分野/事業にまたがるプロジェクトに参画
・財務経理部におけるプロジェクトのリーダー
・事業や環境変化及び会計基準改定等への対応
・関係会社とのコミュニケーションによるグローバルでの内部統制を強化
・会計処理方針や各種ルールの策定・見直し
・国内外の関係者に対する教育および必要な内部統制の構築 等

Required Skills
【必須】
・連結決算の実務経験5年以上
・英語スキル：実務での説明・ディスカッションができるレベル
【歓迎】
・上場企業での連結決算経験
・IFRSによる決算経験
・国内外に子会社を有する企業での経験
・公認認会計士、USCPA、ACCA、日商簿記検定一級
【活かせるスキル】
・ロジカルに論理を組み立て説明し、関係者と調整しながら結論を導く能力
・積極的なコミュニケーションやチームワークを通じて、プロジェクトや課題解決を推進するマインド
