■ミッション
・プロジェクト貨物の既存顧客の深耕及び新規顧客の開拓
■仕事内容
・既存顧客の深耕（50%）：埋没顧客の掘り起こしを含む既存顧客に対する営業活動
・新規顧客の開拓（50%）: 新規顧客に対する営業活動
・リージョナル・海外オフィスとの協業：海外からのセールスリードに対するフォロー活動
・見積書類/入札書類作成：船社、国内外の業者との価格交渉を踏まえて必要書類の作成
・国内出張は月1ペース。海外出張は案件による

プロジェクト輸送は、小さな貨物から超大型貨物まで、海上/航空/鉄道/陸送といったあらゆる輸送モードを駆使して実行するため、業務範囲は非常に広くなります。輸送全般に関する幅広い知識を学ぶ機会も多く、自身の手で輸送をまとめ上げたときは、大きな達成感を得ることが出来ます。

Required Skills
■応募資格/Qualifications 以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方（優先度の高い順です。）
・プロジェクト輸送経験、在来船オペレーション経験（5年以上）のある方
・物流系の営業経験（7年以上）のある方
・船会社、フォワーダー、エンジニアリング会社、商社/メーカーの物流部門における実務経験（10年以上）のある方。
・商社/メーカーでの海外営業部門における実務経験（10年以上）のある方。
■求める人物像/Desirable Person
・輸送や物流に興味を持っていて、未知の分野に対しても積極的に学ぶ意思をお持ちの方
・輸送全体を俯瞰的にとらえて、顧客にとって値段だけではない、最適解を提示する提案型営業のできる方
・海外の人々とのやり取りや、海外出張に対して抵抗がない方
・チームで業務を進めることのできる方
