経営企画室・事業開発グループにおけるM A戦略案件の推進、実行。
1. 戦略策定、案件発掘・評価プロセス
2. 実行・交渉プロセス（バリュエーション、デューデリジェンスマネジメント、交渉条件調整、社内承認プロセス等の遂行）
3. PMI計画等の策定調整、推進体制調整等のバックアップ業務
その他、経営企画系業務のサポート。
出張は現状年に1回程度を想定。

・財務・税務系の知識基盤・業務経験、契約書等の確認業務経験
・中期経営計画や組織マネジメント計画、管理会計等の経営企画系業務経験
・医療機器関連業界に関連する経験
・MBA（経営学修士）をお持ちの方
