日本地域における海外人事制度の企画立案、導入、運用が主なミッションとなります。グローバル人財戦略方針をもとに日本地域のビジネス環境に即した人事施策について、関係者と連携して推進していただきます。
経験を考慮して処遇戦略課が持つ他の分野（報酬・等級制度や評価制度、福利厚生制度等）の業務にも従事いただく可能性もあります。
【具体的な業務内容】
・日本地域における海外出向差出者に適用する人事制度の企画・立案
・労働組合とのリレーションシップ（制度・運用プロセスに関する労使での協議等）

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・海外人事制度の立案の経験もしくは海外人事制度の運営の経験がある方
・HR業務に関する基礎的な業務・法的知識
・TOEIC概ね750点以上の英語力のある方（英会話での打ち合わせが可能な方）
・人事関連業務の経験がある方、または人事関連業務の経験がなくても、グローバル新制度や新システムの導入、グローバルプロジェクトの経験がある方
【歓迎条件】
・海外企業、海外チームとのコミュニケーション経験
・異文化経験（日本国外在住経験）
・本社機能として、労務・人事制度企画の主担当としての業務経験者
