【主な業務内容】
・ 健康・安全・環境プログラムの企画・実行
・ 法令遵守とISO認証の維持
・ サイトプロジェクトの計画・進捗管理
・ 部門間調整とグローバル基準の導入
・ 総務業務の統括（施設管理・予算管理など）
・ サイト戦略策定と継続的改善の推進

・ リスク評価、問題解決、データ分析のスキル
・ プロジェクト管理と財務知識
・ リーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力（英語含む）
