職務内容
タレントマネジメント戦略の企画・実行（パフォーマンス管理、タレントレビュー、後継者計画）
社員育成プログラムの設計・運営、ローカルニーズに基づく研修企画
エンゲージメント施策（従業員サーベイ、DEI推進、フォーカスグループ）
グローバルHRチームとの連携（アジアCOEチーム、シニアTDマネージャーとの定期コミュニケーション）
組織開発・チェンジマネジメントの推進
