職務内容
- 医師向けの眼科手術トレーニングプログラムの企画・運営
- トレーニングの品質管理および認定プロセスの実施
- 医療従事者や学会との関係構築、学術イベントへの参加
- トレーニング資材の管理・調達、在庫計画の策定
- 社内チームへの医療知識提供および教育支援

- 日本語・英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
