不動産投資運用会社でのSPCアカウンタントポジションです。月次の記帳業務、報告書作成、月次口座照合、内外関係者との調整・対応などを行います。

職務内容
- 月次の記帳業務及び帳簿の確認
- NAV計算や投資家向けレポートなどの報告書作成
- 月次口座照合、各種捺印・支払い指図の作成
- 監査、決算、税務申告の対応及びFinancial Statementの作成
- 内外関係者との調整・対応
- 内部監査のサポート
※記載の業務内容全てご経験なくても問題ございません。
条件・待遇
- 9:00~18:00
- 勤務時間相談可能（時短やパートタイムも検討可能）
- 在宅：業務に慣れてきたら月数回可能
- 社会保険加入
