- システム障害の原因分析、解決策の提案、社内外との調整
- Kubernetesやクラウド環境でのトラブルシューティング
- AIベースの自動化ツールやロボットを開発し、技術サポート業務の効率化を推進
- ナレッジベース記事の作成とグローバルチームとの連携
