• 倉庫内の安全管理と規定遵守の徹底
• 在庫管理、出荷業務などの日次オペレーション管理と改善

• 顧客からの問い合わせ対応および配送トラブルの迅速な解決

Join a global European leader in life sciences tools, chemicals, and research services as a Warehouse Manager, overseeing daily operations, team performance, and productivity improvements at a key logistics site. In this impactful role, you will lead a diverse warehouse team, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.

• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety rules and regulatory standards
• Oversee daily warehouse tasks including inventory, shipping, and operational workflows
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve team goals
• Track and report KPIs, using data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage relationships with shipping carriers to reduce costs and improve delivery speed
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order or delivery issues promptly

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 倉庫管理、流通管理などの関連業務経験 5〜10年程度
• チームやプロジェクトをまとめたリーダーシップ経験 3〜5年
• 大卒以上

• リーダーシップ（しっかりと計画を立ててチームを導けること）
• コミュニケーション能力
• 問題解決力、判断力（ビジネスと顧客を理解して意思決定ができること）
• 向学心
• 国際的・多様なチームで働く意欲

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
  

• 化学、薬学、経営学などの学位
• 化学品や危険物の取り扱い経験
• Power BI やマクロ等のデータ分析ツールに強い方歓迎

• 5-10 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing people or projects
• Ability to work effectively in an international and diverse team

• Strong leadership with the ability to plan work and support team performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to operational details

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• University degree in Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience handling chemical materials is an advantage
• Skills in Power BI, data reporting tools, and Macros are highly valued
