- エンタープライズアーキテクチャをビジネス戦略と整合させ、成長と革新を推進
- 組織全体で一貫性・コンプライアンスを確保するガバナンス枠組みを構築
- 将来のビジネスニーズに対応する移行計画を策定
- データアーキテクチャを評価し、効率化と移行戦略を設計
- サービス・データシステムの統合を計画し、俊敏性と相互運用性を向上
- 関係者と連携し、アーキテクチャ目標を組織全体の目標と整合
- 移行リスクを特定・軽減し、事業継続性を確保
- 業界動向を把握し、最新ソリューションをロードマップに反映
- 標準・ツール・方法論の導入を推進し、効率化と革新を促進
