Responsibilities:

• Implement packaging material sourcing for innovation and promotional activities
• Lead sustainability initiatives related to packaging procurement
• Create and execute sourcing strategies
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiation and specification optimisation with R&D
• Manage and strengthen supplier relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve procurement goals

Requirements:

• Practical experience in procurement or sales in packaging companies
• Prior R&D experience is ideal
• Supply chain experience preferred
• Knowledge of packaging or printing technology
• Skilled in negotiation for cost control
• Strong analytical skills for cost and supplier evaluation
• Professional level Japanese and English
